Our owners, Shawn & Lisa Boehning, both grew up in Canyon, Texas. They attribute the success of Milltech Ag Industries to the small-town values they were raised on including “faith, family & hard work”. 

Shawn is quite often in the field working side-by-side with our millwrights or on the road looking at projects to bid on.

Lisa is our Office Manager and handles AR/AP amongst many other duties.  They have two children who are both involved in the company.  Daughter, Maecie, (who works full time as a nurse) helps in the office and son, Brodie, runs our Millwright division.   

From the beginning we have stood for quality work, integrity, and doing right by our customers and employees.  Sticking to these principles has created a solid team with a stellar reputation.

Being a key component of essential industries, MillTech understands the importance of keeping our customers up and running.  As such, we are on call 24 / 7 / 365.
